Community allotment in eastern Southend offering free taster days for people to learn growing skills and connect with nature.
The Southend in Transition Community Allotment runs at Southend East Allotment Society, where local residents come occasionally or regularly to learn growing skills, interact with each other and nature, and take home organic produce. Free taster days run on the 2nd Saturday and 4th Sunday 10am-2pm.
