Spectrum People is an independent charity set up by Spectrum Community Health, supporting vulnerable adults and young people across Wakefield district. They offer information, advice and signposting, plus practical help for people whose mental health is affected by life challenges. The charity runs partnership projects including Appletree Community Garden and creative arts programmes, creating safe community spaces, friendship and support for people of any age.
