Sport for Confidence delivers inclusive physical activity sessions at Chelmsford Riverside Leisure Centre led by qualified coaches working alongside an Occupational Therapist, supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, dementia, autism, physical impairments or other complex health needs. Sessions include basketball, boccia, swimming and multi-sports, plus 1:1 OT support outside group sessions for individual goals. Sessions cost £3.50 and must be booked in advance with the lead occupational therapist (Megan Potts) - call 07394 564942 or email megan@sportforconfidence.com.
