Mental-health charity running free physical-activity sessions across Berkshire and the Thames Valley.
Sport in Mind is a multi-award winning mental health charity formed in Reading in 2010, based at Rivermead Leisure Centre on Richfield Avenue. The team partners with the NHS to deliver free physical activity sessions including football, basketball, badminton, walking, dance, gardening and yoga, run by trained activators across Reading, West Berks and Wokingham. Sessions are open to anyone aged 17+ with mental ill-health, no referral needed, and all equipment is provided. Call 0300 102 1400.
