St Joseph's Hospice is one of the UK's oldest and largest hospices, founded in 1905 and serving City and Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Newham. The community palliative care team supports Newham residents with life-limiting illness in their own homes, alongside inpatient care, day services, an advice line and bereavement support for adults and children. All services are free of charge.
