Free bereavement counselling and support groups for adults and children in Plymouth following any kind of loss.
St Lukes Hospice Plymouth runs a Bereavement Support Service for family and close friends of patients cared for by the hospice. Adults are offered around six face to face sessions at home or a place of their choosing. The Patches service supports bereaved children and young people under 18 with bespoke help, and includes guidance for their parents and carers.
