Free NHS employment support helping people in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent mental health services find and keep paid work.
Step On is an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) employment service, jointly run by Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust and North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust. It helps people aged 18-65 already receiving secondary mental health services in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent to find and keep paid employment, using an evidence-based, NICE-endorsed model alongside their clinical care.

Who it's for
Who they help: People with mental health conditions in NHS secondary care wanting employment support.
Eligibility: People aged 18-65 already receiving secondary mental health services in Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent who want help finding or keeping paid work.
Area covered: Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent
Not suitable for: Only available to people already receiving secondary mental health services (not general or primary care patients) in Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent.
