Single point of contact for unpaid adult and young carers living in Stoke-on-Trent, delivered by Carers First.
This service is the main contact for anyone in Stoke-on-Trent caring for a family member, friend or neighbour without being paid. The team offer a Universal Carers Assessment, one-to-one support, peer groups, information and advice, training, and short breaks. Help is available to both adult and young carers, and people can self-refer by phone or online. The office is in Fenton and the team work across the city.
