Stoke-on-Trent Foodbank is part of the Trussell Trust network and provides three days of nutritionally balanced emergency food to local people in crisis. They operate from a warehouse in Blurton with distribution centres around the city. Help is accessed through a voucher issued by referral agencies such as Citizens Advice, GPs or social workers. Volunteers also offer a listening ear and signpost to longer-term support.
