Stroke Association is the UK national stroke charity. The free Stroke Support Helpline 0303 3033 100 is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm; email helpline@stroke.org.uk. Local Stroke Coordinators offer one-to-one support, peer groups and recovery activities covering communication, exercise, mood and benefits. My Stroke Guide is a free online platform with videos and information for life after stroke. Carer support also provided. Open to anyone in the UK affected by stroke, including survivors, family and friends.
