Peer-led mental health befriending and support group meeting weekly in Bury St Edmunds.
Suffolk Like Minds BSE is a friendly peer-led group for anyone aged 18 plus in mid and west Suffolk experiencing mental health difficulties. The drop-in meets Tuesdays from 2pm to 4pm at The Lounge & Gardens, 2 Hatter Street, Bury St Edmunds IP33 1LZ. People can arrive or leave any time within the session and staff at the venue point new attendees to the group. Members support each other through shared experience.

Who it's for
Who they help: People with lived experience of anxiety, depression, bipolar and other mental health difficulties.
Eligibility: Adults aged 18+ experiencing or affected by mental ill health, living in West and mid Suffolk.
Area covered: Bury St Edmunds
Not suitable for: This is an adult peer group for people aged 18 or over. Under 18s should contact the Suffolk Children and Young People's Emotional Wellbeing Hub instead.
