Gillingham-based Healthy Living Centre offering dementia café, Men in Sheds, community radio and wellbeing activities.
The Sunlight Centre is a community-owned Healthy Living Centre in Gillingham run by Sunlight Development Trust. Activities include Medway Men In Sheds (woodwork, music tuition, coding, gardening, design), a new Women In Sheds initiative, the Sunlight Dementia Support Cafe, Gillingham Safe Haven for out-of-hours mental health support, Cafe Sunlight for employability training, a wellbeing cafe, anger management courses, community gardens, a quit smoking service and cancer peer support.
