Mental health charity providing supported housing, day services and group activities for people in West Sussex.
Sussex Oakleaf delivers recovery-focused mental health and housing support across West Sussex. Services include 24-hour supported housing for people with enduring mental health needs, temporary accommodation in Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath for those facing homelessness, a young peoples mental health service in Crawley, Horsham and Mid Sussex, and a specialist personality disorder service in Hove. Peer mentoring led by people with lived experience and employment-focused support are also offered.
