Sussex charity supporting ex-offenders and their families to resettle in the community after prison.
Based in Lewes, Sussex Pathways supports prisoners, ex-offenders and their families across Sussex. Its Through the Gate scheme matches volunteer key workers with people leaving custody to help with housing, benefits and employment. The Pathways to Change programme uses mindfulness-based emotional support, while Restorative Justice offers victim-centred meetings and a dedicated Womens Project supports female offenders.
