Switchboard is the UKs national LGBTQIA+ helpline, free and open 10am-10pm daily by phone, web chat and email for any issue.
Switchboard is the UKs national LGBTQIA+ support line, founded in 1974. It is free, confidential and open 10am-10pm every day on 0800 0119 100, via web chat at switchboard.lgbt and email. All volunteers identify as LGBTQIA+ and can talk through any issue relating to sexuality, gender identity, coming out, relationships, mental health, sexual health and more. Receives no statutory funding and is run entirely by community supporters and donations.
