Take Off is a Canterbury-based mental health charity (no. 1191902) operating since 1998 from 34 Military Road. It runs free, fully peer-led groups designed and delivered by people with lived experience across Canterbury, Ashford, Dover, Shepway, Folkestone, Thanet and online. Participant feedback shows 96 per cent report sessions have a positive impact, 92 per cent feel less isolated and 96 per cent feel more hopeful. People can contact directly or submit a referral form.
