NHS Talking Therapies service for adults in Berkshire with anxiety and depression.
Talking Therapies Berkshire is the NHS service from Berkshire Healthcare for adults aged 17 and over registered with a Berkshire GP. Free treatments include guided self-help, SilverCloud online therapy, CBT, counselling for depression, couples therapy, EMDR and employment support, delivered at nine Berkshire locations or by phone and video. New parents and armed forces veterans get priority access within 28 days. Self-refer online or via GP.
