The Tameside Wellbeing Hub is a weekly drop-in run by TOG Mind aimed at adults (18+) in Tameside who may need additional support with mental health, money, relationships or daily life. Staff and peers offer a friendly listening ear, help completing forms, signposting to local practical, financial and social services and a warm space to meet others. No appointment is needed and the hub can refer into TOG Minds wider counselling and active monitoring programmes.
