Teesside Mind, based on Lothian Road in Middlesbrough, offers confidential mental health support for people in Middlesbrough, Stockton, Redcar & Cleveland and Hartlepool. Services include free talking therapies, counselling, peer support, young peoples Be Heard drop-ins, carer support, dementia outreach, a Recovery College, Safe Haven crisis support and social prescribing link workers in GP practices. The team helps over 32,000 people each year.
