Support for unpaid carers of all ages in Telford and Wrekin — one to one help, benefits advice, groups and young carers.
Telford All Age Carers Centre is based at Suite 12 and 15, Hazledine House on Central Square in Telford town centre, open weekdays 9am to 5pm. The team supports young carers aged 5 to 18, Inbetweeners aged 16 to 25 and adult carers from 18 upwards. Help includes one to one emotional and practical support, advice on benefits, respite and the social care system, carer registration, drop-in sessions, wellbeing groups, quarterly newsletters and social events.
