Telford Mind is the local Mind charity for Telford and Wrekin, registered charity 1186627 and holder of the Mind Quality Mark 2021 to 2024. The team runs Calm Cafes for general support, dual diagnosis and 18 to 25s, plus The Link, a Veterans Cafe, suicide bereavement support, perinatal mental health work, listening support, counselling, social prescribing and an Assist and Engage programme. Workplace Wellbeing services and volunteering opportunities are also offered. For mental health crisis the team signposts to NHS 111 option 2.
