Telford STaRS is a free, confidential drug and alcohol service for anyone living in Telford and Wrekin, working with adults, under 18s and families or carers. The team brings together doctors, nurses, recovery workers, community connectors, peer mentors and recovery coaches to help people reduce or stop substance use. Support includes nutrition guidance and exercise programmes alongside structured treatment. Self-referral is by phone on 0300 456 4291 or through the online referral form at telfordstars.org.
