Terrence Higgins Trust is the UKs leading HIV and sexual health charity. THT Direct on 0808 802 1221 is free from UK landlines and most mobiles, open Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, with live chat in the same hours and an email option (three working day reply). Advisers help with HIV and STI testing, PrEP and PEP access, emotional support and signposting to local services. Free home HIV testing kits, the UKs leading support programme for newly diagnosed individuals, and the My Community online forum are also offered.
