The Mix is the UKs leading digital support service for under-25s. The free helpline 0808 808 4994 is open 4pm to 11pm daily, with one-to-one webchat in the same hours and a 24/7 crisis text service - text THEMIX to 85258. Topics include mental health, money, housing, jobs, drugs, sex, relationships, body image and education. The Mix also offers email support, online discussion boards and short-term counselling. Free, confidential, anonymous and open to anyone in the UK aged 25 or under.
