Evening mental health crisis drop-in in central Bournemouth run by Dorset Mind, open every day from late afternoon until late night.
The Retreat in Bournemouth is Dorset Minds non-clinical evening drop-in for adults in emotional distress or approaching crisis. The in-person service runs on Hahnemann Road from 4.30pm to midnight, and an online drop-in is available 12pm to midnight, seven days a week. Trained mental health workers offer a calm space, a hot drink and a listening ear with no appointment, GP referral or diagnosis required.
