The Sleep Charity runs the free National Sleep Helpline for adults and children, plus webinars and downloadable sleep resources.
The Sleep Charity runs the free National Sleep Helpline (0330 353 0541) staffed by trained sleep advisors. The helpline is open Mon, Tue and Thu 7pm-9pm and Mon-Thu 9am-11am for confidential, non-judgemental conversations about sleeping difficulties affecting children or adults. The charity also offers webinars, downloadable guides, resources for parents of children with additional needs, and the Sleep Manifesto campaign. Not a crisis service users in crisis are signposted to Samaritans or NHS 111.
