Peer-led recovery community in Barrow for people recovering from drug or alcohol addiction.
The Well Communities is a peer-led, not-for-profit recovery community founded by people with lived experience of addiction. The Barrow hub on Dalton Road offers free support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for people in or seeking recovery from drug or alcohol problems, including peer mentoring, recovery groups, housing support, mental health support and help with offending behaviour or trauma. They also have sites in Kendal, Morecambe, Lancaster and Fleetwood.
