Brighton-based befriending and social prescribing service helping adults overcome loneliness and isolation.
Together Co is a Brighton & Hove charity addressing loneliness. Adults can be linked through its Connection Hub to local services and groups via free social prescribing, or matched with a volunteer companion through the Everybody Should Have Somebody befriending service. Referrals come through professionals or self-referral by phone on 01273 775888, email hello@togetherco.org.uk or an online portal. The team listen, understand individual needs and connect people with the right next steps.
