TogetherWe is a Community Interest Company empowering people in Cumbria to better manage their own mental and physical wellbeing. The North Cumbria Recovery College runs free courses for adults aged 18+ across Allerdale, Copeland, Carlisle and Eden, while the West Cumbria Recovery College for Children and Young People supports families and parents. Together We Talk delivers brief, structured interventions to help people understand their mental health. Courses are co-produced with people with lived experience.
