Local Mind branch covering Stockport offering counselling, peer support, advice and wellbeing groups for adults experiencing mental health issues.
TOGS Mind is the local Mind association formed by the merger of Tameside, Oldham, Glossop and Stockport branches. It provides one-to-one counselling, peer support groups, mental health information and signposting, suicide prevention work, employment support and structured wellbeing courses across Stockport. Anyone 18 or over who lives in or is registered with a GP in Stockport can self-refer. The information line offers signposting during office hours, and groups run in community venues across the borough.
