South Holland charity wellbeing hub in Spalding offering community cafes, exercise, advocacy and free signposting.
Tonic Health is a community wellbeing hub close to Spalding town centre, established 2016. It hosts a complementary therapy clinic, exercise classes, the Autistic Led project, FOCUS dementia groups, advocacy support and a Night Light Cafe for people in mental health crisis. The Community Cafe and Tea and Toast mornings provide low-cost meals and a friendly ear. Free washing and laundry are available by arrangement. A second hub operates in Holbeach.
