Torbay community development charity supporting local groups, social prescribing link workers and the Ageing Well Torbay programme.
Torbay Community Development Trust supports residents and grassroots groups across Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. As lead partner of Ageing Well Torbay, a six-year Big Lottery funded project for over-50s, it works with Age UK Torbay, Brixham Does Care, Step One, Healthwatch Torbay and others to reduce social isolation through community-building, peer support and a local social-prescribing network. TCDT also manages grants and venue support and hosts wellbeing coordinators across the bay.
