Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust delivers community mental health services for adults including community mental health teams and the Memory Service. TALKWORKS is the free NHS Talking Therapies service for adults aged 18+, with local teams covering Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. Treatment is offered through one-to-one sessions face-to-face, by phone or video, plus wellbeing workshops and group courses. Self-refer online or call 0300 555 3344 (Mon-Fri 9am-4:45pm), no GP needed.
