Total Wellbeing Luton is an integrated NHS wellbeing service for Luton residents. Healthy Mind offers free, confidential talking therapies for anxiety, low mood, depression and pregnancy/parenthood worries. Healthy Body covers exercise, weight management, smoking cessation and nutrition. A Community Connection team links people to local groups, plus free wellbeing workshops. Self-referral by phone on 0300 555 4152 (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 9am-4pm). The main base is the Hightown Gym and Wellbeing Centre, 20 Taylor Street, LU2 0EY.
