Tower Hamlets Connect is the council-led information and advice service for adults in the borough. Call 0300 303 6070 Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or email enquiry@towerhamletsconnect.org for help on social care, health, housing, benefits and consumer issues. The website hosts an A-Z community directory, events listings, the Healthy Tower Hamlets lifestyle programme and the Just Say Hello loneliness campaign. The service also operates a Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards team (DOLS@towerhamlets.gov.uk).
