Trust Links runs its Growing Together therapeutic gardening project at Cressing Temple Barns (Witham Road, Cressing, CM77 8PD), set in the historic grounds between Braintree and Witham, every Friday 9.30am-3.30pm. Members benefit from gardening alongside an experienced team in a safe, supportive environment, helping mental health and wellbeing while also offering light outdoor exercise.
