Free Mid and South Essex Recovery College courses helping adults better understand and manage their mental health and wellbeing.
Run in partnership with Inclusion (MPFT) and Provide Community, the MSE Recovery College offers a wide range of free courses, workshops and activities on anxiety, mindfulness, creative practice, employment skills and recovery for anyone aged 18 or over.
