Befriending project connecting isolated adults through weekly telephone or video calls with trained volunteers to reduce loneliness.
Talking Together is a Trust Links project that gives adults who may be feeling isolated, anxious or depressed the opportunity to speak regularly to trained volunteers about their concerns, fears and issues. Volunteers provide befriending and listening support via telephone or video messaging across Southend, Castle Point and Rochford.

Not suitable for: This service is for people aged 18 and over who live in Southend, Castle Point or Rochford. It is not available to under-18s or to people who live elsewhere.
