Carers support, breaks and advice for unpaid carers across Berkshire.
TuVida (formerly Crossroads Care Reading) runs the Reading & West Berkshire Carers Hub plus a Wokingham Outreach Carers Service and Wokingham Young Carers Service. From Unit 14, Albury Close, Reading RG30 1BD the team offers information, advice, signposting, support groups, free access to local leisure and wellbeing facilities, training, carers breaks and help to claim a Carers Personal Budget. Person-centred care at home is available for a few hours, overnight or longer. Open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm on 0118 324 7333 or berkshirehub@tuvida.org.
