USAH is Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent's specialist hate crime support service, delivered by Citizens Advice North Staffordshire. It offers free, confidential emotional and practical support, information and guidance to anyone who has experienced hostility, harassment or violence motivated by race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or transgender identity — whether or not the incident was reported to police.

Who they help: Victims of hate crime or hate incidents, of any age.
Eligibility: Anyone who has experienced a hate crime or hate incident, living in or targeted while visiting Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent.
Area covered: Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent
Not suitable for: There are no restrictions — anyone affected by a hate crime or hate incident in Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent can use this service, whether or not it was reported to police. There is no public drop-in venue — support is by phone and email.
