Upper Eden Food Bank is a church-led community project providing emergency food to people in crisis across Kirkby Stephen, Appleby, Tebay and Shap. Open Monday to Friday, the foodbank works with churches, GPs, schools and Citizens Advice to issue vouchers and provide parcels. Volunteers also offer a listening ear and refer to debt, mental health and benefits support across this rural part of the Eden valley.
