Veterans at Ease is the North Easts leading military mental health charity, helping veterans, reservists, serving military personnel and their families with PTSD and combat-related mental health issues. From therapy centres in Gateshead, Byker, South Shields and Whitley Bay they provide free face-to-face and online psychotherapy using Neuro Linguistic Programming. All therapists have lived experience of military life and treatment. Support also covers anxiety, depression, substance misuse and suicidal thoughts. Self-referral welcomed.
