Conditions treated: depression, anxiety, excessive worry, low mood, panic attacks, PTSD, social anxiety, health anxiety, OCD and phobias.
Therapies available: one-to-one CBT (phone, video or face to face), group courses (Panic, Low Mood, Worry), computerised CBT, counselling for depression, couples therapy, EMDR and Interpersonal Therapy.
Specialist pathways:
- Long-Term Conditions: supporting emotional impact of diabetes, COPD, IBS, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, cardiovascular disease and Long Covid
- Employment Support: helping people manage mental health at work and return to employment
- IPCC (Integrated Primary Community Care): step 4 therapies for complex needs including CAT, MBT, DBT and EMDR
- Mental Health Practitioners: embedded in GP practices across Basildon and Brentwood
