Voluntary Action Calderdale is a charity championing, supporting and strengthening the positive impact of the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector on local lives. Based in Halifax, they help groups with funding, governance, volunteer recruitment, training and networking. VAC also supports community initiatives including the mental health alliance, food poverty work and volunteer brokerage, signposting individuals and families to local groups across Calderdale.
