Place-based volunteering charity supporting older people, disabled people, families and young people across Ipswich, Lowestoft and Suffolk.
Volunteering Matters has worked in Suffolk for over twenty years, helping make Ipswich the UKs first Town of Youth Social Action under the #iwill movement. Current projects include Community Connectors, which works with neighbourhoods such as Belstead Hills, Gainsborough and Whitton to boost physical activity, and Pride in Place, supporting community decision-making in Stoke Park & Chantry and Whitehouse.
