Free, confidential bereavement service for family and friends of Wakefield Hospice patients.
Wakefield Hospice provides free and confidential bereavement support to family members, friends and significant others of patients who have died and were known to the hospice. The team offer one-to-one sessions, group support and resources to help people through grief, with referrals usually within months of bereavement. People can self-refer via a website form or contact the hospice directly to talk to the bereavement team.
