Ramblers Wellbeing Walks (formerly Walking for Health) is England's largest network of free, short walks designed for people new to walking or those wanting to be more active
Ramblers Wellbeing Walks (formerly Walking for Health) is Englands largest network of free, short group walks. Walks last from 10 to 90 minutes, taking place at hundreds of locations every week along tried-and-tested routes at a slow to steady pace. Every walk is led by a trained, fully insured volunteer Walk Leader with a Back Marker so everyone can move at their own pace. No need to book or plan a route, and mobility limitations are not a barrier. Find a walk at ramblers.org.uk/wellbeing-walks.
