The Feel Good programme is the council's free physical activity scheme delivered in parks, libraries and community venues across Waltham Forest. Sessions include Feel Good Walks, light activity classes, low-impact gym sessions and family fun. The programme targets residents who are inactive, on low income or living with long-term conditions and is signposted by GPs and social prescribers.
