NHS Talking Therapies service for adults with anxiety, depression and other common mental health problems, delivered by NELFT.
Waltham Forest Talking Therapies (NELFT) is open to anyone aged 18+ registered with a Waltham Forest GP. It treats anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, PTSD, OCD, phobias and difficulties managing long-term conditions. Options include CBT, counselling, group programmes, telephone or video sessions and the web-based SilverCloud platform. People can self-refer online at iaptportal.co.uk/nelwalf.html or by phoning 0300 300 1554 option 4 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm); email wf.talkingtherapies@nelft.nhs.uk.

Eligibility: Adults aged 18+ registered with a Waltham Forest GP.

Not suitable for: You must be aged 18+ and registered with a Waltham Forest GP. People in mental health crisis should call 111 option 2 or 999. People with severe and enduring mental illness should be referred to the community mental health team.
