Free support for young carers and their families across Warwickshire.
Warwickshire Young Carers, delivered by Carers Trust Heart of England, runs Caring Together Warwickshire on behalf of Warwickshire County Council. The team supports children and young people with caring responsibilities across all five Warwickshire districts so they can focus on education, take time out and fulfil their potential. Support includes one-to-one and group sessions, listening support, trips, activities, school-related help and a Discord chat for peer connection. The wider charity also runs an All Age Carers Wellbeing Service and an annual Carer Awards.
